The Huge Thing Pre-acceleration Online Program – which is being organized in partnership with Google for Startups – is designed for pre-seed and seed-stage startups with a draft version of their MVP. The Program is targeted at startups from Europe – mostly those from CEE, the Baltic states, Balkans, or Greece – which do business in fields such as education, medicine, gaming, sustainability, and other industries with global potential.
The Program’s objective is to validate business ideas and prepare startups for their first investment round. It provides startup founders with tools and knowledge which make it possible for them to build strong and profitable businesses. The Program is non-grant and equity-free. Pre-seed and seed. We’re looking for solutions validated with the market or business partners (interviews), having a prototype or user stories and without investors on board.
This pre-acceleration program is addressed at startups from Europe. We are happy to welcome startups from CEE, the Baltics, Balkans, and Greece which do business in fields such as education, medicine, gaming, sustainability, web3.0, creator’s economy, metaverse, HR, entertainment, wellness, food, mobility, finance.

Applications are open thru May 16th, 2022. The recruitment process consists of 4 stages: collecting online applications, conducting online interviews with selected startups, online Bootcamp and final selection.
In the third part of the recruitment process, selected teams will be invited to an online Bootcamp which is scheduled for 3 business days in June 2022. Startups selected for the online Bootcamp will be informed about it by 20th June via email.
Startups selected for the Huge Thing Pre-acceleration Program, which is being organized in partnership with Google for Startups, will be publicly announced on July, 5th. The Program lasts for 14 weeks – starting from 18th July 2022 – and will be held online.
This Program is based on lean startup methodology – one of the leading approaches to the development of new solutions. It consists of workshops, 1:1 mentoring sessions, meetings with VCs, business partners, and individual work on your project.
Each week, startups will have 1 to 2 days of workshops and individual mentoring sessions with experts. As a part of the program, each startup will also work with an individually assigned tutor who will help set priorities and evaluate the work of the startup.
Participation in the program is free of charge. We don’t take any equity from you. The program will be conducted in English.
